Ross Street. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />Amending License Ordinance. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, <br />tied, the City Engineer was <br /> <br />seconded by McBride and car- <br />instructed to prepare plans <br /> <br />and specifications for a five inch concrete pavement of <br />Ross Street from the existiug north end of Ross Street <br />to Santa Clara Avenue. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants from the <br />Joint Outfall Sewer Fund in accordance with demands <br />audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the recommendation of the Manager was accepted and <br />two street lights were ordered installed on North Patton <br />Street between Washington and Fifteenth Streets. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, the recommendation of the~ Manager was accepted and <br />proper signals were ordered installed on street sweeper <br />in accordance with the communication of Mfs.Carl Herman. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, <br />tied, the City Engineer was <br /> <br />seconded by McBride and car- <br />instructed to prepare plans <br /> <br /> and specifications for the opening of Richland Street <br /> between Flower and Shelton Streets. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by McBride and <br /> tied, the City Engineer was instructed to prepare plans <br /> and specifications for the installation of ornamental <br /> lights in a district known as the Southeast Lighting <br /> Dis tric t. <br /> <br />'A resolution was introduced declaring it to be the <br /> tion of the City Council to establish set back lines <br /> upon North Ross Street, on both sides of said street, <br /> from Nineteenth Street to Santa Clara Avenue, excepting <br /> the corner lots facing Nineteenth Street and Santa Clara <br /> Avenue, respectively. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br /> designated Resolution of Intention No. 2100 and passed <br /> by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, Homer C. <br /> Chaney, Stanley E. Goode, F.L.
