No. 2255 <br /> <br />Abandoning Proceedings <br /> <br />Widening of Flower St. <br /> <br />275 <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br /> vied, the report of the Building Inspector and Chief of <br /> Police on resurvey of awnings in the City, was accepted <br /> and filed for future reference. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconde~ by Sutton and car. <br />vied, deeds from George E. ~aires, and~wife and from <br />Robert L. Lackey and wife and two deeds from The Metro- <br />politan Casualty Insurance Company of New York covering <br />twelve foot strip of land to be used for street purposes <br />on Eucalyptus Street, were accepted and the Clerk lnl <br />ted to have same recorded. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />vied, the petition of property owners for the paving of <br />Eucalyptus Street between Seventeenth and Nineteenth <br />with five inch Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, said <br />street to be widened twelve feet on west side only with <br />sidewalk on west side and east side to be paved and <br />curbed only, was accepted and filed for future reference <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Sutton and car- <br />vied, grant deed from A. H. Lyon and others covering a <br />strip of land sixty feet in width for street purposes on <br />Standard Avenue, was accepted and the Clerk instructed <br />to have same recorded. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, grant deeds from James C. Metzgar and Belle H. <br />Metzgar and from Lawrence P. Eraemer and Kathleen Kraeme <br />covering a strip of land twelve feet in width fey street <br />purposes on Baker Street, were accepted and the Clerk <br />instructed to have same recorded. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced resolving that Resolution <br />No. 2226 passed and adopted by the City Council on the <br />18th day of August, 1930, and Resolution of Intention No. <br />2239 passed and adopted by the City Council on the l§th <br />day of September, 1~30, be rescinded and declared null <br />and void. The resolution was ordered filed, read, con- <br />sidered, designated Resolution No. 2283 and passed by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, B.O.
