<br /> of Intention No. 2208. The resolution was ordered filed,
<br /> read, considered and designated Resolution No. 2254 and

<br /> following work to be done and improvement made in the
<br /> City of Santa Aha as follows:

<br /> That Florence Avenue as hereinafter described in the
<br /> City of Santa Ana be closed up and abandoned, to-wit:
<br /> Florence Avenue, for its entire length, lying between
<br /> Fruit Street and Washi~ngto~ Avenue (formerly known as
<br /> and called Thirteenth Otreet) as shown on Dean's Addition
<br /> to the Town of Santa Aha, recorded in Miscellaneous
<br /> Records, Book 22, Page 100, Records of Los Angeles
<br /> California.

<br />No person appearing to protest or object to the work as
<br />set forth in Resolution of Intention No. 2248, and no
<br />written protests having been filed, a resolution was
<br />introduced ordering the improvement. The resolution was
<br />ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution
<br />Ordering Improvement No. B2B5 and passed by the following
<br />vote:

<br />appeals of any persons interested in the work,

<br />accordance with Reeolution of Intention No. ~01 and the
<br />City Council being duly convened in open session, procee-
<br />ded to hear and pass upon all protests presented. No
<br />owner appearing to protest cr object against the assess-
<br />ment or any other of the proceedings taken, a resolution
<br />overruling protests or objections to assessment, approv-
<br />ing assessment and ordering the Street Superintendent to
