Hurrell for an <br /> to May 1st, 1931, <br /> extension of time/to construct sidewalks in front of his <br /> <br /> property in the 2400 block on No. Spurgeon Street, was <br /> granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Sutton and car- <br />ried, the petitions of residents and parents urging the <br />Council and Planning Commission to grant tB~ School Bcard <br />permission to purchase property located at the southeast <br />corner of Flower and Santa Clara Avenue for school site, <br />together with the recommendation of the Planning Commis- <br />sion disapproving the petitions, were referred to the <br />School Board. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the application of Jesse Elliott, representing the <br />Orange County Peace Officers Association, for free licens <br />to conduct a circus under their auspices December 12th <br />and 13th on the Union Pacific Company's site between <br />Third and Fourth, was granted. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the application of Edwin P.
