done and improvement made upon a portion of Shelton, <br />First, Walnut and Pine Streets, in accordance with Reso- <br />lution of Intention No. 2201 and the City Council being <br />now in session, proceeded to hear all protests <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduced <br />~etermining the unpaid assessments for work and <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, di- <br />recting bonds to be issued for the security of the <br />assessments, prescribing the denomination of said bond8 <br />and providing for the issuance of same in annual series. <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered <br />hated Resolution No.2271 ~nd passed by following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees B.O. Sutton, Stanley E. Goode, <br /> F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees J.L. NcBride, W.J. Kelly. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Sutton and car- <br />ried, the City Council adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
