HasenJaeger. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ri ed, the pledge of the Register Publishing Company in <br />amount of $1,000.00 towards the relief work of the unem- <br />plo2ment, was accepted with thanks. <br /> <br />This being the time and place when and where interested <br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not <br />be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments for <br />work done and improvement made upon portions of Richland <br />A~snue between Flower Street and Shelton Street~ in <br />anco with Resolution of Intention No. 2~.80 and the City <br />Council being now in session, proceeded to hear all pro- <br />tests presented. <br /> <br />No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduced <br />dete~mining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said street, the aggregate thereof, direct- <br />ing bonds to be issued for the security of the unpaid <br />assessments, prescribing the denomination of said bonds <br />and providing for-the issuance of same in annual series. <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, cgnsidered, deslg- <br /> <br />hated Resolution No. 2321 and p~ssed by the <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L.
