Ryan. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Wi~ner and car- <br />tied, the communication of E. B. Jones calling attention <br />to the dumping of rubbish in the Santiago Creek bed Just <br />outside the city limits, which would cause great damages <br />to property in case of storms or a flood, was referred <br />to the City Engineer and Fire Chief. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the report of the Orange County Health <br />for the month of August was referred to the Finance <br />Committee. <br /> <br />O~ motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the communication of K. H. Sutherland,- Health <br />officer, disapproving the practice of the Fire Department <br />to test out the pump wagon' and hose by using water from <br />the city reservoir at First and Flower Streets, was re- <br />ferredto Trustee McBride with power to act. Trustee <br />McBride recommended the discontinuation of pumping from <br />the reservoir by the Fire Department. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the application of C. H. Ryam for permission to <br />erect a building in connection with the building now in <br />place at 173§ W. 5th Street used for Feed Store, was re- <br />ferred to the Planning Coww, ission. <br /> <br /> <br />
