Crowe and <br />the City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Witmer and <br />carried, the application of Wade B. Hampton to conduct <br />an auction for the pumpose of selling stock of furnitume <br />of Hampton Bros. at §14 N. Main Street, was referred to <br />the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Witmer and <br />carried~ the report of the Health Dep~tment for the <br />month of May was referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Witmer and <br />carried,' the application of Electrical Contractors to <br />hang electric signs for Bob Murphy at 422 W. Fifth Stree <br />and for Tonyts Cafe at 51~ Bush Street, were granted <br />under supervision of the Electrical Inspector. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaegerw seconded by Witmer and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant in <br />favor of H. L. Hanson, Mgr. for the sum of $565.80 <br />covering two band concerts given by the Nnnicipal Band. <br /> <br />On motion of Tr~ tee HasenJaeger, seconded by Witmer ~d <br />carried, the applications of Harry Crickler to erect a <br />small building at 15~0 W. 5rd Street and of J.N. Guisler <br />to construct a frame stand at 181~ W. 8th Street, were <br />referred to the Planning Cormnission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Witmer, seconded by HasenJaeger <br />carried, the recon~nendation of the Planning Commission, <br />disapproving applications as being contrary to zoning <br />ordinance, was accepted and the applications of <br /> <br /> <br />
