McBride, John K~ox. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced declaring it to be the inten <br />tion of the City Council ~o order the closing up and <br />abandonment of a certain twelve foot alley running <br />Easterly and Westerly through Tract No. 210, from Shelto <br />Street to Baker Street. The resolution was ordered <br />filed, read, considered, designated Resolution of Inten- <br />tion No. 2308 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Paul B,. witmer, A. C. HasenJaeger, <br /> E.G. Warner. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Trustees J.L. McBride, John Knox. <br /> <br /> Noes, <br /> <br />Absent~ <br /> <br />This being the time when interested persons might be <br />heard concerni~ the report of the Superintendent of <br />Streets covering expenses in connection with cleaning <br />noxious aud dangerous weeds from private property in the <br />City of Santa Aha, and the City Council being now in <br />regular session, proceeded to consider protests. No <br />owner of property liable to be assessed for said work <br />made written protest against the work and no person <br />appearing to protest, object or show any cause why this <br />work should not be approved, a resolution overruling pro <br />tests or objections to assessment, approving the report <br />and ordering the Street Superintendent to file a copy <br />thereof with the Taxx Collector, was introduced. <br /> <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 2309 and passed by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, T~ustees Paul B.
