No. 2810 <br /> <br />Requesting Extension of Time <br /> <br />Hoover Dam Electrical Energy. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br /> carried~ the Clerk was instructed to notify the advisory <br /> committee for the Bowerts Memorial Museum to submit <br /> recommenda6ion as to the architect to be employed for th~ <br /> <br /> erection of said building. <br /> ,, <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Witmer, .seconded by HasenJaeger <br /> carried, the City Attorney was instructed to prepare a <br /> resolution abandoning all proceedings for the opening, <br /> widening and acquisition of Flower Street between Walnut <br /> Street and Seventeenth Street. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Witmer and car- <br /> tied, the Chair was authorized to appoint a committee to <br /> investigate the application of the Seven Day Adventist <br /> Church to erect a temporary church building at Tenth and <br /> Broadway~ and report back in one week. The Council as <br /> a whole were appointed as the committee. <br /> <br /> An application signed by Ray Palmer Thelan for t he re- <br /> zoning of property at 302 S~ Broadway to erect an apart- <br /> ment house was read. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Con~nission and on mo- <br />tion of Trustee Warner, seconded by HasenJaeger and car- <br />.. tied, the property extending south from Walnut Street to <br />the north line of Chestnut Avenue on both sides of So. <br />Broadway and extending on either side to the center of <br />the block be posted for First Class Apartments or "C" <br />Zone and the property on the west side of Sycamore Street <br />between Walnut and Chestnut, for depth of lots~ be <br />for Courts and Apartments of "B" Zone and hearing date <br />set July 6th, 1981. <br /> <br /> ,, <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br /> carried, the Clerk was instructed to d~aw ~arrants in <br /> favor of J.C.
