Wolford. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaegor and <br />carried, the communication of Clove Sedoris relative to <br />the painting of automobiles with a spray gun on the lot <br />adjoining his property, 408 E. Third Street, and same <br />being a nuisance to his tenants, was referred to the <br />City Attorney for investigation for one week. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the minute resolution of the Board of Supervisors <br />of the County of Orange ordering that 25% County Aid from <br />the Auto Tax Fund be allowed the City of SantaAna ~or the <br />widening of West Seventeenth Street, was accepted and <br />the City Attorney instructed to write a letter of thanks. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br /> <br />carried, the monthly reports of the City Officers for <br />July, were referred to the Finance Cormmittee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Witmer and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants according <br />to demands audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Witmer, seconded by Hasenjaeg~r and <br />carried, the communication of Rose Thurnaer relative to <br />passing an Ordinance whereby all dogs should have identi- <br />fications plates on their collars and all owners should <br />have wire enclosures for dogs in their yards, was refer- <br />red to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeg~r, seconded by McBride and <br />carried, the application of the Latter Day Saints Church <br />for pemnission to use Birch Park, Saturday, August 8th, <br /> <br /> denied for the reason that the Park is for the use of <br /> <br />was <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />public. <br /> <br />On motion of <br />carried, the <br /> <br />Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />area bounded on the north by Walnut Street, <br /> <br /> <br />
