Third Street, was referred to the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Witmer and <br />carried, the report of W.T. Lambert, County Auditor <br />placing Santa Anats valuation at $20,253,010.00 for the <br />Year 1931-193~, was accepted and ordered filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBrid e, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the rezoning of the area bounded on the north by <br />Walnut Street, on the west by Cedar Street, on the east <br />by the Santa Fe Railway and on the south by the east and <br />west center line between Pine and Chestnut Streets, was <br />referred to the Planning Commission for recommendation. <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carriad, the recommendation of the Pla.nning Commission <br /> <br />was accepted and the rezoning of said area approved~ and <br />Attorney instructed to prepare Ordinance to change zc~e. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustae McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the application of the Modernistic Motor Lodge <br />Corporation for permission to erect a motor lodge and <br />service statio'n on East First Street east of McClay Street <br />was referred to the Planning Co~ission for recommendatio~ <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and the application was approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, t~h~ request of the Executive Secretary of the <br />President's Emergency Committee for Employment for a <br />report on the work done and yet to be done in the way of <br />public construction to relieve unemployment was referred <br />to the City Auditor for answer. <br /> <br /> <br />
