Sixth Street <br />was ordered posted for special uses and the hearing date <br />set August l~th, 1931,· in compliance with the application <br />of E.D. Bouchey on behalf of the Bishop of Los Angeles <br />and San Diego to enlarge building and maintain a Day <br />Nursery at ltl0 W. Sixth Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Tr~st~e Hasenjaegor, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, tb~ property at ~l~ So. Broadway was ordered <br />posted for special uses and hearing date set August 17th, <br />19~l,in accordance with the application S. J. Francis to <br />remodel house and conduct doctor's office at the location <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Hasenjaeger ~d <br /> <br />carried, contracts for furnishing the City of Santa Ana <br />with three automobiles be awarded as follows: <br /> <br /> ~. C. Heinrichs DeSoto Sedan $799.00 <br /> N. N. Harmon Willys Sedan 7~0.00 <br /> Geo. Dunton Ford Coupe 8~0.00 <br /> <br />in accordance with bids submitted and t~hat chec~mof all <br />unsuccessful bidders be returned. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee NcBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br />carried, contract for C~ty Printing was awarded to the <br />Dennis Printers for ~e total bid of $100~.00, as being <br />the lowest responsible bidder and all checks of unsuccess- <br />ful bidders be returned. <br /> <br />The motion of Truste~ NcBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger <br />that the contract for city advertising be awarded to the <br /> <br />Orange County Reporter as t~he lowest responsible bidder, <br /> amended <br />was/on motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Witmer and <br /> <br />carried, t~hat all bids for advertising be rejected and <br />the Clerk instructed to readvertise for bids. <br />Roll Call on Amendment: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees E.G.
