Sycamore Street. On <br />motion of Trustee Rowland, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the application of George Hill for a license to conduct a <br />pool hall at said location, was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Rowland, seconded by Bruns a~d carried <br />the application of Philip Newman for permission to conduct <br />a Second Hand Clothing Store at :519 W.
