In Re Municipal Survey Project. In Re Agreement with Austin & Wildman. In Re Resolution Appropriation from County Moto~ Vehicle Fuel Fund. League of Park and Forestry Executives, to be affiliated with the League of Municipalities, was referred to the Forestry Board. It was moved, seconded and carried that the City of Santa Ama is interested in Joining with the other member cities of the Orange County League of Municipalities in considering the advisability ~f said League making an application to E.R.A. of California, for a municipal survey project, and Mayor E. G. Warner is hereby delegated and empowered to represent and act for said City of Santa Aha in all delib- erations of the Orange County League of Municipalities and its member cities, in considering, signing and filing of such application. . On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Rowland and carried, the ~ayor and Clerk were instructed to sign an agreement with Austin and Wildman, associated architects, covering full architectural and engineering services for the con- struction of the City Hall to be located at the southeast corner of Third and Main Streets. On motion ~f Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, the Resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors of .Orange County, was received and filed, appropriating $54V.S1 from the Motc~ Vehicle Fuel ~und for the repairing and improving of Hathaway Street and Santa Fe Street between F~rst and Fourth in the City of Santa Arm, said sum to be paid to the City of Santa Ana upon the approval of the' work by the Superintendent of Highways of Orange County, California. .
