In Re Application C. H. Eckles. In Re Gasoline Quotations. In Re Ordinance Amending Peddler's License. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Rowland and carried, the bond of M. M. Thorp for Housemoving in the amount of $1000.00, was referred to the Chair and Attorney with power to act. On motion of Trustee Rowland seconded by Penn and carried, the Resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, was received and filed, appropriating $1942.68 from the Motor Vehicle Fuel Fund for the repairing and improving of Delhi Road from B~istol to Main Street and of Bristol Street from Delhi Road to Edinger Street and St. Gertrude Place connecting Standard Avenue with Main Street in the City of Santa Ana, said sum to be paid to the City of Santa Aha upon the approval of t~e work by the Superintendent of Highways of Orange County,~ California. ,, On motion of Trustee Penn, secc~ded by Rowland and carried, the resignation of F.A. Hantsbarger as Police Officer of the City of Santa Aha, was accepted as of this date. ,, On motion of Trustee Rowland, seconded by Bruns and carried, W. Hunter Leach was appointed a police officer of the City to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of F.A. as recommended by Chief of Police Howard. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Rowland and carried, the monthly reports of the City Officers for the month of December, were referred to the Finance Committee. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Rowland and carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants according to the domands audited by the Finance Committee. ,, On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the property at §16 E. Third Street was ordered posted for special uses and the hearing date set January 21st, 1935, in accordance with the application of C. H. Eckles to sell gasoline at his place of business, 516 E. Third Street. , On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, the City Audito~ was authorized to receive gasoline quota- tions for the coming year for the City of Santa Aha.
