<br />A Resolution was introduced requesting the Board of Super-
<br />visors of the County of Orange to consolidate the special
<br />city election upon the initiative petition, which has bee~
<br />duly checked by the City Clerk, calling for the adoption
<br />or rejection of an Ordinance to Repeal Ordinance No. 794,
<br />providing for the levy and collection of a tax no~ exceed-
<br />ing twelve cents on each One Hundred Dollars, for the pur-
<br />pose of Music and Advertising purposes, with the State
<br />Election to be held August 28th, 1934. A copy of this
<br />Resolution was ordered forwarded to the Board of Supervi-
<br />sors and was ordered filed, read, considered, designated
<br />Resolution No. 2391 and passed by the following vote:

<br />the part of the City of Santa Ana in 1915 Street Improve-
<br />ment Bonds now delinquent and outstanding, obligations of
<br />said City, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor,
<br />for the levying of a tax for the payment of said bonds,
<br />designating the polling places and appointing election
<br />officers for said election."
