F. LeGaye, Fred C. Rowland, <br />W. H. Penn, Plunmmer W. B~ns, E. G. Wanner. <br /> <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 997 <br /> <br />Callin~ Special Election to <br /> <br />Secure Funds for Serial Bonds. <br /> <br />An Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha, California, <br />calling a special election to be held in said City on the <br />20th day of August, 1934, and providing for the submtssio~ <br />to the qualified voters of said City of the proposition of <br />incurring indebtedness in the amount of $250,000.00 for <br />the purchase of serial improvement bonds issued for st~eet~ <br />sewer, d~ainage or other improvements within the City of <br />Santa Ana and providing for Notice of such Election to b e <br />given." <br /> <br />was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. <br /> <br />997 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees A.
