Water District. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Special Police. <br /> <br />On motion of.Trustee Rowland, seconded by Bruns and car- <br /> <br />ried, the financial statements of the Metropolitan Water <br />District as of June 30th, 1934, were received and filed. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Rowland and car- <br />ried, the communication of the Metropolitan Water District <br />relative to paying out of the municipal funds all or any <br />portion of the amount of the Water District tax, was <br />received and filed and the Clerk instructed to advise the <br />District that the City of Santa Ana does not wish to pay <br />the tax out of the municipal funds but will collect the <br />amount due through taxes levied upon property in the City <br />for the year 1934-1935. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the application of Roger Dunning for an appointment as <br />special police officer of the City of Santa Ana, was re- <br />ferred to Trustee Rowland for investigation. <br /> <br /> <br />
