No. 606 <br /> <br />Jum_k Dealers <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Ro~..,land, seconded by Penn and carried, <br /> <br />the following entitled 0rdinance was introduced, read, con- <br /> <br />sidered and referred back to the City Attorney: <br /> <br />"An Ordinance Requiring All Persons in the City of <br />Santa Aha, California, Dealing in Second-Hand <br />Motorcycles, Bicycles, Junk., Diamonds, and All <br />Precious Stones, Jewelry, Silverware, 01d Gold and <br />Silver, Clothing, Tools, Harness, Robes, Whips, <br /> Garden Hose, Firearms, Watches or Musical Instruments <br /> or any and all Second-Hand Article or Articles, to <br /> make Out and Deliver Daily to the City Marshal <br /> of the City of Santa Ana, or to his Assistants or <br /> Representatives a Report of all Purchases and Sales <br /> of any such Second-Hand Art~ les made by them within <br /> One Day Next Prece~ ng Said Eeport,$nd Repealing All <br /> Ordinances or Parts of Ordinances in Coruelict Herewith <br /> and Providing Penalties fa Violation Thereof." <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Rowland and carried, <br />the City Council a~ ourned to Monday~ September 17th, 1934~ <br />at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Santa Ana City Hall. <br /> <br />September 17th, 1934. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />City Council met in regular session. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Warner. <br /> <br />Rresent: Trustees A.F. The protests stating that liquo <br />is being sold at said place and it is in close proximity to <br />Logan primary school a~ad has a demoralizing influence upon <br /> <br /> <br />
