W. James <br />for $90.00 for interest on Bond No. 5, Series Q-4, was <br />received and filed. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the Ordinance' establishing rules and regulations governing <br />the use of Public Parks and Playgrounds in the City of Santa <br />Ana, introduced at the City Council meeting held October 7th <br />1935, was abandoned. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />On ~otlon of Trustee Penn, seconded by Stuns and carried, <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana establishing <br /> rules and regulations governing the use of public <br /> parks and playgrounds in the City of Santa Ana" <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for <br />second reading. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Stuns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 984 entitled 'An <br /> Ordinance of the City of SantaAna, fixing the License <br /> Fees to be paid on dogs, establishing the office of <br /> Pound-keeper, and setting out the duties to be <br /> performed by.him and fixing his compensation'" <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for <br />second reading. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns, the follow- <br />ing Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana creating Special <br /> Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund and relating to the <br /> care and expenditure of moneys received from the State <br /> of California under the provisions of Article 5, Chapter <br /> l, Division i of the Streets and Highways Code" <br /> <br />was finally read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1022 <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Noes, <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Trustees Plummet W.
