Fourth Street and for Earl Kirchner <br />ll6 N. Main Street, were granted under superwision of the <br />Electrical Inspector. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the application of K. B. Drug Company for a permit to hang <br />an oversize sign at 1CS W. 4th Street was referred to the <br />Electrical Inspector for investigation and referred back to <br />the applicant to secure additional signatures in the vicinity <br />~lving consent to the hanging of the sign. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee ~mSth:, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the monthly reports of the various City Officers for the <br />month of September, were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants numbering from six <br />hundred sixty-seven to eight hundred sixty-five according to <br />the dem-nds audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br /> in amount of $152§ <br />the claim of Jessie Gregory, ?14 S. Maple Street,/for alleged <br /> <br />~e~sonal injuries to foot and ankle due to defective sidewalk <br />at 408 S.
