Fourth Street, was referred to a com- <br />mittee composed of Trustees Bruns and Penn. <br /> <br />Upon recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee <br />Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, the application of Gil- <br />bert-Weston-Stearns, Inc. was granted on condition that the <br /> <br />Frank Curran Lumber Company enter into an agreement with the <br /> remove the overhead wires upon notice and without <br /> the City of Santa Ama. <br /> <br />City to <br />cost to <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />A petition with thirty-six signatures was presented against <br />the unsightly lumber yard situated at 1070 W.
