In Re On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the ApplAcatXon application of Ro~ld Shearme for permission to erect a two- Ronald Shearme family residence at 918 West Pine St. being Lots 6 and ?, Two-Family residence Block "A', Buckingham Tract, was referred to the Planning at 918 W. Pine St. Commission for discussion. On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of Tru~ tee Penn, ~econded by Bruns and carried, the property at 918 W. Pine St. was ordered posted and public hearing set for September 7th, in accordance with application of Ronald Shea~me to erect a two-family residence.
