<br /> ber 5th, 19~8, in accordance with the application of L. L.
<br /> Hood to construct a service station at 1425 N. Main Street.

<br /> The recommendation of the Planning Commission was followed
<br /> and on motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Layton and car-
<br /> ried, the application of Bartelson Pontiac Company to estab-
<br /> lish a Used Car Market on Lots 8 and 10, Block B, Tract 139,
<br /> in the 2400 block North Main Street, was denied in view of
<br /> the oral protests and deed restrictions.

<br /> The recommendation of the Planning Commission was followed
<br /> and on motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried
<br /> the application of Jessie C. Kempton to conduct a stenographic
<br /> club at 626 N. Ross Street, was denied.

<br />the following Ordinance entitled:
