Bruns. <br /> <br />The Clerk commenced the reading of the Minutes and <br />each member of the City Council having received a <br />copy of the Minutes, further reading of the Minutes- <br />of November 21st, 1938~ was dispensed with and the <br />Minutes approved on motion of Trustee Smith, seconded <br />by Layton and carried. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Emmet C.
