Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, <br /> W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. No. 2bll <br /> <br />Time Limit Parking <br /> <br />on Church Street. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Meeting of <br /> <br />Gasoline Tax Comnittee. <br /> <br />An application of Dr. Harvey C. Maxwell was presented and <br />read for the rezoning of the southeast corner of Broadway <br />and Santa Clara Avenue from single family residence zone to <br />courts and apartment house zone. Upon recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission and on motion of Trustee Penn, seconded <br />by Bruns and carried, the property described as commencing <br />at the southeast corner of Santa Clara Avenue and Broadway <br />and running thence south along the east side of Broadway 9?½ <br />ft., thence east 200 ft., thence north 97~ ft. to the south <br />line of Santa Clara Avenue and thence west 200 ft. to the <br />point of beginning, was ordered posted for courts and apart- <br />ment house zone and the Joint hearing date set January 3rd, <br />1958. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the City Engineer was authorized to open W.P.A. Project <br />Proposal dated October 9th, 19~8 (Sponsor Proposal 15-A) <br />on the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Sewage <br />Disposal Plant of the Joint 0utfall Sewer and the Purchasir <br />Agent instructed to purchase the necessary material. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the fol-lowlng Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution establishing Time Limit Parking Zone under <br /> Section 9 of Ordinance No. 1030" <br /> <br />establishing a twenty minute parking zone on the north side <br />of Church Street between Sycamore and Broadway, was read, <br />considered, designated Resolution No. 26!1 and passed by the <br />following ~o~e: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees~ Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, <br /> W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the City Engineer, as a member of the gasoline tax commit~e <br />was instructed to attend the committee meeting to be held <br />January 7th, 1939, in the Hotel Senator, Sacramento. <br /> <br /> <br />
