No. 2610 <br /> <br />Parking Limitations <br /> <br />on West Third Street. <br /> <br />~PPROVED: <br /> <br /> Mayor of the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1052, entitled 'An <br /> Ordinance establishing water rates in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> prescribing rules and regulations governing consumption of <br /> water and fixing a penalty for the violation thereof, and <br /> repealing Ordinances in conflict herewith', and providing <br /> for a change in water rates" <br /> <br /> was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for <br /> second reading. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> the property at the southeast corner of 17th and Broadway <br /> described by metes and bounds was ordered posted for special <br /> use and the Joint hearing date set January 3rd, 1939, in <br /> accordance with the application of H. T. Dunning to construct <br /> a service station and as recommended by the Planning Commies <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was concurred <br />~ith and the property at the southeast corner of Broadway an, <br />Bishop Streets and described as Lot 2, Block A, Southside <br />Addition, was ordered posted for special use and the Joint <br />hearing date set January 3rd, 1939, in accordance with the <br />application of Henry Fink to construct a duplex. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution establishing Time Limit Parking Zone under <br /> Section 9 of Ordinance No. 10~0" <br /> <br />providing for a twenty minute parking zone and loading zone <br />on the north side of ~hird Street between Birch Street and <br />Broadway, was introduced, read, considered, designated Resolu <br />tion No. 2610 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, <br /> Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Rowland. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees W. H. Penn. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the City Council adjourned to Tuesday, December 27th, 1938, <br />at 4:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />City ~l~rk. <br /> <br /> <br />
