No. 2719 <br /> <br />Parking Limitations. <br /> <br />for the <br />and the <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the report of the committee was accepted and the recommenda- <br />tion concurred in allowing Mr. Marshburn to dispose of his <br />nursery stock and no further stock to be planted on property <br />at Broadway and Santa Clara Avenue. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Stuns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the report of the committee appointed to investigate the peri <br /> <br />tion of property owners in the'2500 block West Sixth Street <br /> improvement of street in said block, was received <br /> committee discharged on the investigation. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 950 of the City of <br />Santa Ana entitled 'An Ordinance providing for the regis- <br />tration of bicycles by the owners thereof, and for the <br />prevention of theft of the same, and for the detection <br />and identification of lost or stolen bicycles and for the <br />operation thereof upon any street or public highway of <br />the City of Santa Ana; repealing all Ordinances and parts <br />of Ordinances in conflict herewith, and providing penal- <br />ties for the violation hereof~''. <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered, and placed on file for <br /> <br />second reading. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Ke!sey and carried, <br /> <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"An Ordinance of Intention to Grant Option to Sell, and <br />to Sell Real Property" <br /> <br /> for <br /> <br />was introduced, read, <br />second reading. <br /> <br />The offer of Irvln F. <br /> <br />considered, and placed on file <br /> <br /> certain <br />Fickas to rent/vacant lot~ in Blocks <br /> <br />G, H, and I, in Tract 597, Lot A, Block 4, Tract 681, all <br /> <br />lots in Tract 581 up to and including Lot 48 and Blocks E, <br />F and G, Tract 531 for the sum of $~.00, was read. <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Kelsey and carried, <br />the Auditor was authorized to execute leases, upon the appro- <br />val of the Mayor as to terms, for certain property purchased <br />from the County of Orange in order to put same back into use <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns, and carried, <br />the Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "ResoluZion concerning Parking Limitations under Ordinance <br /> No. 1030# <br /> <br />eliminating loading zones on Third Street between Broadway <br />and Sycamore Streets and on Sycamore Street between Fifth <br />and Sixth Streets and establishing a loading zone on Sycamore <br />Street between Fifth and Sixth Streets, was read, considered <br />designated Resolution No. 2719 and passed by the follo~ing <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
