<br />On motion of Trustee ~mlth, seconded by Bruns and carted,
<br />the communication of Gordon X. Richmond, City Attorney of
<br />Orange, with original agreement attached between the members
<br />of the Joint Outfsll Sewer and the County of Orange of Orange
<br />County Hospital sewer rental, was received and the City
<br />Auditor instructed to send bill to County of Orange semi-
<br />annually for sewer rental of $600.00.

<br />OB motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried,
<br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission on Amendment
<br />No. ~ proposed rezoning from R-1 and R-~ to C-2 of property
<br />bounded by Main, Cspress, Flora and Goers Streets, was taken
<br />under consideration until August §th, 1940.

<br />On motion of Trustee Yost, seconded by Kelsey and carried,
<br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was concurred
<br />in and the application of Grant and Esther Jean Sylvester
<br />to permit the erection of a single family residenoe on the
<br />front of lot at 330 E. Bishop Street, was approved.
<br />
<br />The following offers were read to purchase right, title and
<br />interest in the following described property:

<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2~E~ and
<br />passed by the following vote:
