Chandler, Allen A. Mandy, Virgil H. Reed, R. Carson Smith. None None Communication was read from Pres. Santa Aha City Employees Assoc. ~equesting that list of names submitted by the Association as potentiai members of the Civil Service Commission be given consideration in making appointments to fill any impending .vacancies, and on motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chancy and ca, tied, communication was received and filed. On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Chancy and carried, Police and Fire Department personnel be allowed the regular ~gal holidays as other employees of the City with the provision that they do not accumulate such time with their vacation period or otherwise and same to be worked out by the heads of each department. On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried, Police and Fire Dep~ tments were allowed two additional men each to take care of holiday provisions. On motion of Trustee Chancy, seconded by Chandler and carried, C.B.Knickerbocker was appointed as a member of the Planning Commission; term to expire June 30th, 1982. . On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, H.M.Neighbour, Water Superintendent, was granted permission to attend Water Works Convention to be held at Riverside, October 27th to 29th inclusive, with expens~ paid in accordance with ~clicy.
