<br />Minutes of the Executive Board 6f the Joint Outfall Sewer meeting
<br />
<br />held at Anaheim, Sept. 28th, 1948, were received, approved and
<br />
<br />filed.

<br />Copy of communication from City Attorney addressed to Allison
<br />Honer w~s read, advising that City will file an action in the
<br />Superior Cou~rt for r amoral of sign on W. l?th St., and on motion
<br />of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, communicatio~
<br />was received and filed for the reason that sign has been removed.
<br />Communication was read from Fire Chief requesting confirmation
<br />of Fire Training Program during month of November, and on motion
<br />of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Chandler and carried,' matter was
<br />referred to Fir~ Commissioner to confer with Fire Chief and
<br />
<br />report bac~ at next meeting.

<br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Heed and carried, Chief
<br />of Police was granted permission to attend Peace Officers Assoc.
<br />Convention to be held in Santa Monlca, from Oct. 27th to SOth
<br />Inclusive, with expenses paid in accordance with policy.
