<br />on the south by the north line of St. Andrews Place and on the Wes'
<br />by a line which is parallel to and distant 135 feet from the East
<br />line of Evergreen Street, said alley being 20 feet in width, was
<br />read, considered, designated Resolution No. 5708 and passed by the
<br />

<br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Chandler and carried, the
<br />Chairman was authorized to execute a Grant Deed to the State of
<br />
<br />California covering that portion of the property owned by the City
<br />
<br />between the Southern Pacific Railway's right-of-way and Main Street
<br />
<br />between their points of intersection and Roe Drive, which is
<br />
<br />necessary for anaccess road for the new freeway in consideration
<br />
<br />of $11,800.O0.
