<br />being Fourth Street from the east City limits to the west City
<br />limits, except at its intersection with Grand Avenue, Main Street
<br />Flower Stre®t and Bristol Street, excepting that at all inter-
<br />sections when automatic traffic signals are in operation, the
<br />signals shall govern, was read, considered, designated Resolution
<br />No. 3715 and passed by the following vote:
