<br />filed and Clerk authorized to release bond of Community Builder
<br />Supply Co., in the ~Gnount of ~i!lO,O00.00 covering improvements
<br />in sai~ Tract.

<br />Cormnunication was r~ad from City Engineer recommending that
<br />Grand Ave. be widened f~om 1st to 4th Sts., and on motion of
<br />Trustee Mandy, seconded by Chandler and carried, communication
<br />was received, filed and Engineer authorized to acquire necessar~
<br />right-Of-way.
