<br />proposed to be vacated, and fixing the time and
<br />place for hearing of all persons interested in or
<br />objecting to the proposed vacation';

<br />of $996~05, f.o.b. Treatment Plant, was accepted on reconnnendation
<br />
<br />of the Executive Board of the Joint 0utfall Sewer.
