<br /> Communication from Planning Commission was read recommending that
<br /> Board of Supervisors be urged to ma~ the necessary Allocation of
<br /> funds and to order the necessary work to be done on the Delhi
<br /> Drainage District ditch, south of Santa Aha, and on motion of
<br /> T~ustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, communication was
<br /> received, filed and Clerk ins~ruqted to furnish copies of
<br /> communication to Mayor Smith and Trustee Reed.

<br />On recommendation of the Building Inspector and on motion of
<br />Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried, the maintenance of
<br />the fire alarm s~stem was delegated to the Chief of the Fire
<br />~epartment.
