<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the
<br />recommendation of the Planning Commission was upheld and the
<br />application of H.H. and Il& Huyler for variance to convert rooming
<br />house into doctor's and denti'st's offices, at 801 Spurgeon St.,
<br />was .denied.

<br />establishing salaries,
