On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carriec <br /> petition was received and filed. <br /> <br /> On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee Mandy <br /> seconded by Reed and carried, the bid of Sully-Miller Contracting <br /> Co. was accepted covering improvement of E.
