Ord. 821 Plumbing Ordinance This being the time set for hearing on vacation of certain unimproved street right-of-way across land belonging to the of Santa Aha, known as the Nisson property, and there being no written or oral protests, on motion of Trustee Reed, seconded ChaD~ller and carried, the City Attorney was instructed to necessary Resolution to abandon this property. # On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, recommendation of l~he Planning Commission was upheld and Application No. 73 of Chas. W. Chapman requesting that the prop on both sides of Berkeley Street between Cypress Avenue and the business district along Main Street be changed from R-2 District to the C-1 Commercial District, was denied. . On motion of T~ustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, recommendation of the Planning Commission was upheld and Application of Duncan W. Langton requesting that apartments be permitted on two parcels on the west side of Flower Street Edinger Street and a point approximately 600 feet south was denied.
