Ord. 821 <br />Plumbing Ordinance <br /> <br />This being the time set for hearing on vacation of certain <br />unimproved street right-of-way across land belonging to the <br />of Santa Aha, known as the Nisson property, and there being no <br />written or oral protests, on motion of Trustee Reed, seconded <br />ChaD~ller and carried, the City Attorney was instructed to <br /> <br />necessary Resolution to abandon this property. <br /># <br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, <br />recommendation of l~he Planning Commission was upheld and <br />Application No. 73 of Chas. W. Chapman requesting that the prop <br />on both sides of Berkeley Street between Cypress Avenue and the <br />business district along Main Street be changed from R-2 <br /> <br />District to the C-1 Commercial District, was denied. <br />. <br />On motion of T~ustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission was upheld and <br />Application of Duncan W.
