On motion cf Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, notifications of 12xe State Board of Equalization of alcoholic beverage applications m~de by R~nna A. Prado, 718 E. 4th St., Trine M. Reynoso, 1711 W. 5th St., Paul E. Forbes, 1431 W. 4th St. and Jessamine Wine Company, 316 French St., were received and filed. # On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, th, reports of the Building Department, Casa de Santa Aha and Judgels Office, for the month of June, 1950, were received and filed. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the demands as audited by the Finance Committee were approved and Clerk authorized to issue warrants covering demands. . A letter of explanation from the City Engineer was read reference proposal of the llth Naval District requiring the City to receive the sewage at the Lighter-than-Air Base and malntain and operate all sewer facilities from that point, and on motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, communication was received ~pproved and filed. On motion of Tx~Astee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, Permi Agreement between the City and The United States of America, reference construction cf ~ water line on Delhi Road to supplement the water supply at the Marine Corps Air Station at E1 Toro, was referred to the City Engineer for recommendation and to report bask.' On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Oheney and carried, agreement between the City of Santa Ana and Fred A. Hendricks tc erect an electric sign at 2019 South Main Street, which will exten over and upon the seven foot set-back line, was approved and Mayor and Clerk authorized to sign agreement. # On motion of Trustee Reed,' seoonded by Chandler and carried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute agreement dated June 20th, 1950 he~ween the City of Santa Aha and Santa Aha Junior Chamber cf Commerce, covering advertising, which contract expires June 30th, 1951. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Oheney and carried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute agreement dated June 26th, 1950 between the City cf Santa Aha and Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce, ooverlng additional services~and supplementing agreement entered into September 19th, 1949.
