Trustees Martin, Chandler and City Attorney, were appointed, as committee, On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, the report of the Civil Service Board for the fiscal yea~ 1949-1950, was received and filed. R On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, reports of Griffenhagen and Associates covering Tentative Report and Report No. 7 ef City Cou~t and Report No. 10 cf City Attorney were received and filed. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, Resolution No. 990 of the City of Orange, Resolution Nc. 1739 cf the City of Anaheim and Resolution No. 1405 of the City of Fullerton, authorizing and di~ecting such legal or other proceed- ings as are legally necessary to acquire and perfect title to the right-cf-way now used by the land section of the Joint Outfall Sewer~oup in Section 1 thereof, and authorizing the employment cf legal counsel to institute and conduct such proceedings and provide for the division cf the e~penses and costs thereof, were received and filed. On motion cf Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute Agreement dated July 17, 1950 between Santa Aha, ae contracting agent, on behalf of the Cities of Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange, as owners~ cf the Joint 0utfall Sewer Disposal System, reference employment of Preston Turner and Z.B.West, Attorneys, for the purposes of acquiring and perfecting title to the right-of-way now used by th Joint Outfall Sewer Group in Section 1. On motion cf Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted and Tentative Map of Tract No. 1470 was approved. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the recommendation cf the Planning Commission was accepted and Tentative Map of Tract No. 1471 was approved, subject to certain conditions.
