On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by <br />Cheney and carried, the matter was referred to the City Attorney <br />with instructions to check on the legality of the City turning off <br /> <br />the water and to report back at the next meeting. <br /># <br />On motion of ~rustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the <br />recommendation of the City Engineer was approved and Mayor <br />instructed to sign escrow instructions for the acceptance from <br />George D. Gregg of a 25 foot right-of-way across his property <br />iocated west of Bristol and South of First Street, being Pacific <br /> <br />Street extended and Myrtle Street extended, for the sum of $2000.00. <br />. <br />On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Cheney and carried, <br />Trustee Heed was appointed as auctioneer of surplus City property <br />to be auctioned at the Community Center ~t 10:00 A.M.
