The report of the oommlttee was read recommending adoption of suggested medical plan of the Orange County Medical Association, and on motion of T~uetee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried; the recommendation was approved and Mayor instructed to work out detai of schedule and submit same to the Medical Association. The report of the committee w~s read recommending denial of applicationcf Paul C. Musch to operate a taxicab business at 1222 East Fourth St., and on motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, recommendation was approved and application denied. # The report of the committee was read with reference to petition for removal of railroad tracks in Santiago Avenue recommending that tracks be retained and left in same position but lowered to facilitate paving, and on motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the recommendation was approved.
