<br />On motion of T~ustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, request

<br />On recommendation of the Chief of Police and on motion of Trustee
<br />Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the request of Douglas
<br />Mech~m for a permit to conduct a guard and patrol service was
<br />granted, subject to approval of bond and insurance policy by the
<br />City Attorney.

<br />On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and csmried, the
<br />notification of the State Board of Equalization of alcoholic
<br />beverage application made by Will Williams, 800 E. Washington Ave.
<br />
<br />was received and filed.

<br /> On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the
<br /> application of Clyde W. King, 1219 South Main Street, to conduct
<br /> the business of dealing in motor vehicles, was granted.

<br /> On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, request
<br /> of Disabled American Veterans to conduct annual Forget-me-not sale
<br />
<br /> November 10th and llth, 1950, was granted.
