Norris, 601 E. St, Andrews <br /> was received and filed. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the <br /> applications of Raymond O. Garrett and John V. Watts to drive <br /> <br /> taxicabs, were granted and permits ordered issued. <br /> . <br /> On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the <br /> request of Oscar B.
