<br /> Chandler and carried, the City Engineer was instructed to prepare
<br /> Resolution granting a passenger loading zone.

<br /> beverage application made by Jewett C. Norris, 601 E. St, Andrews

<br /> On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the
<br /> plan as outlined in Orange County Medical Association letter dated

<br /> October 9, 1950, was approved and Mayor authorized to notify all

<br /> On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the

<br /> Minutes of the Executive Boa~d of Joint Outfall Sewer Meeting held

<br /> at Anaheim, November 2, 1950, were received, approved and filed.

<br /> Opinion No. ll2 of the City Attorney was read reference membership
<br /> Orange County League of Cities and employment of Wm. C. J~rome for
<br /> services to the League, snd on motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by

<br /> recommendation of the Charter Committee that the City execute a
<br /> contract with Griffenhagen and Associates, in accordance with
<br /> set forth in their letter dated November 8, 1950, was taken under

<br /> of Griffenhagen & Associates to prepare a City Charter for the sum

<br /> of $3800.00, was taken under advisement.

<br /> of $4000.00, plus mileage, was taken under advisement.

<br /> motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the Clerk
<br /> was authorized to advertise for bids for the ~urnlshing of One (1)
<br /> Twelve Hundred Fifty (1250) gallon per minute triple combination
<br /> pumper and hose truck; bids to be opened December 7, 1950.
