Orange County Bar <br />Association, s~ubmitting names of Attorneys who would qualify for <br />the task of codifying City Ordinances, was received and filed. <br /> <br /> On motion o? Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and c~rried, the <br /> City Attorney was instructed to prepare agreement between the City <br /> and Burke, Marshall & Burke, in accordance with figures as agreed <br /> upon., to perform the duties of codifying the Ordinances. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the <br /> report of the Chamber of Commerce Parking Committee recency_ending <br /> the continued use of City owned parking lot for parking pur~ooses, <br /> was received and filed. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the <br /> reports of the Police Department and Juvenile Bureau, for the <br /> <br /> month of October, 1950, were received and filed. <br /> . <br /> On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried; the <br /> <br /> following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "ResolutiOn authorizing and directing the <br /> City Clerk to advertise for bids for the <br /> resurfacing of ~est Fifth Street, from <br /> Baker Street to Garnsey Street in the <br /> City of Santa Ana, and fixing the prevail- <br /> ing wage rate" <br /> <br /> was read, considered, designated Resolution No. $Oll and passed b <br /> the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees CoUrtney R, Chandler, John W.
