<br />Plumbing Company, in the sum of $2,532.81 was accepted for the

<br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee
<br />Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried, the bids for construct-
<br />ion of a cooking shelter at Prentice Park were rejected due to
<br />recent governmental restrictions.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried; the
<br />P~rk Superintendent was instructed to communicate with the Federal
<br />authorities for clarification of the law on construction of non-
<br />essential buildings.

<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and ca~rled, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:

<br />from Albert Bee Campbell and Mary Winifred Campbell, husband and
<br />wife, of an easement for street purposes and sewer right-of-way,
