No. ~020 <br />Clarifying Resol. 4003 <br /> (Salary increase) <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Accepting Grant Deed" <br /> <br />from William C. Kuebler and Ruby C. Kuebler, husband and wife, <br />of an easement north of the center line of Myrtle Street extended, <br /> <br />was read, considered, <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees <br /> Absent, Trustees <br /># <br /> <br />designated Resolution No. ~017 and passed by <br /> <br />Courtney R. Chandler, John W. Martin Jr., <br />Virgil H. Reed, Allen A. Mandy. <br />None <br />W.J.Cheney <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Accepting C-rant Deed" <br /> <br />from Residential Improvement Co., conveying fee title in that <br />certain real proporty described as follows: A portion Qf Lots 8 <br />and 9 of Potts, ~rden and Sidwell Tract, was read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 4018 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />Courtney R. Chandler, John W. Martin.Jr., <br />Virgil H. Reed, Allen A. Mandy. <br />None <br />W.J.Cheney <br /> <br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee <br />Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the bid of Anderson <br />Plumbing Company, in the sum of $2,532.81 was accepted for the <br />in~t~.ii~tlor, of a Sewer system in Prentice Park. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee <br />Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried, the bids for construct- <br />ion of a cooking shelter at Prentice Park were rejected due to <br />recent governmental restrictions. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried; the <br />P~rk Superintendent was instructed to communicate with the Federal <br />authorities for clarification of the law on construction of non- <br />essential buildings. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and ca~rled, the <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Accepting Grant Deed" <br /> <br />from Albert Bee Campbell and Mary Winifred Campbell, husband and <br />wife, of an easement for street purposes and sewer right-of-way, <br />being Myrtle Street extended, was read, considered, designated <br />Resolution No. 4019 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Courtney R.
