Chandler. <br /> Absent, Trustees None <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, <br /> communication from Orange County Medical Association, together <br /> copy of outline of plan agreed upon, and which has been mailed to <br /> the ninety-four members of the Association, were received and <br /> filed. <br /> <br /> Communication was read from M.W.Bcarborough requesting permission <br /> to remodel neon sign at Xellogg's Auto Court, 2651 Santa Ana Blvd., <br /> and on motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried, <br /> request was referred to City Attorney and BAilding Inspector to <br /> report back at the next meeting. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried, <br /> request of Mrs. L.N.Nart for a street light at the corner cf South <br /> Birch and Anahurst Place, was referred to the City Engineer with <br /> ~ower to act. <br /> On motion of T~ustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried~ <br /> request of Corooran Paper Company for a twenty-minute zone at 818 <br /> <br /> East Foumth Street was referred to the City Engineer to investi- <br /> gate and report back. <br /> On recommendation of the City Engineer and on motion of T~ustee <br /> Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the following Resolution <br /> entitled~ <br /> <br /> "Resolution establishing time limit parking <br /> zone under Section 9 of Ordinance No. 1030" <br /> <br /> establishing a twenty-minute zone on the south side of E. Fourth <br /> Street between Lacy and Garfield Streets, was read, considered, <br /> designated Resolution No. 4023 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees W.J.Cheney, Cou~tney R. 0handler, <br /> John W. Mandy. <br /> Noes, Trustees None <br /> Absent, Trustees None <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Reed,'seconded by Cheney and carried, the <br />demands as audited by the Finance Committee were approved and <br />Clerk authorized to issue war, ants covering demands. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and ca-tied, reques <br />of First Methodist C~urch for a loading zone at 317 East Sixth <br />Street was referred to the'Chief of Police and City Engineer, to <br /> <br />report back. <br /># <br /> <br />On motion-of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, <br />request of First Evangelical United Brethren Church for at least <br />four parking spaces on the north side of Tenth Street in front of <br />Church property was referred tO the Chief of Police and City <br />Engineer to'report back at the next meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, reques <br />of M.&.S.Maintenance Service, 1061 E. Sixth Street for permission <br />to construct a thirty foot driveway on Eighth Street, east of <br />Flower Street, was referred to committee composed cf Trustee Cheney <br />and City Engineer to investigate and report back. <br /> <br /> <br />
