<br />Executive Officer was authorized to attend the Civil Defense
<br />
<br />Conference to be held at Sacramento on January 4th and 5th, 1951,
<br />
<br />and Fire Chief Garthe named as alternate if Executive Officer is
<br />
<br />unable to attend.
